Operation:
* creation of the library in Strapi configuration
* definition of various access levels
* association of access levels with different databases
* communication of tokens to the library
* the library communicates the token to its members. Tokens are in the format access number - member number: 000000000000000-00000000000000.
* addition of the token on the mobile app and the addon
* consideration of tokens in the selection of the database to display on addon et mobile
